You as a customer are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund if the item is either:
A. Not as described or
B. Not received within an adequate time frame.
This does not include postage costs. Your refund will be paid within 30 days once the item is received back to us. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the goods you are sending.

If a parcel has exceeded the hold time at your delivery office and has been returned to us we can resend the parcel but you need to cover the postage costs. If you would prefer a refund you must contact us within 14 days of our email informing you the parcel has been returned to us. We are unable to issue a refund after this time.

If you wish to return an item for refund please be aware that the item needs to be in the same condition as it was when you received it and unworn. If items have been worn or damaged we regret we cannot refund you.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault.

Please note: Office Rebels cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged once they have left our warehouse.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms apply in future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
